The tank and fuel pumping assembly is government furnished. Project involves trenching, reinforced concrete, electrical power, lighting (option), mechanical work, and training for tank/pump operation. All work is to be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
