Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has a requirement for four (4) deep "V"
aluminum hulled patrol vessels with inflatable sponsons and enclosed
cabins. All four vessels shall share the same basic characteristics by
having a minimum cruising speed of 30 knots, deep "V" aluminum hull,
an inflatable sponson system that is repairable in the field, and a
fully enclosed cabin. This acquisition shall include: two 8.54m x 3.05m
(28' x 10') vessels equipped with electronics, outboards and trailers;
and one 9.76m x 3.35m (32' x 11') vessel and one 10.98m x 3.96m (36'
x 13') vessel each with pilot house design and enclosed cabin with
complete live-aboard capabilities, twin diesels engines, jet drives and
electronics. Delivery is required as follows: for the two 8.5m vessels
FOB Anchorage, Alaska within 120 days of contract award for the first
boat and 180 days for the second boat; for the 9.76m vessel FOB Sitka,
Alaska within 240 days after contract award; and for the 10.98m vessel
FOB Kodiak, Alaskawithin 300 days after contract award. This is a 100
percent small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit
