NDIA UNDERSEA WARFARE DIVISION SPRING CONFERENCE The NDIA Undersea Warfare Division Spring Conference will be held at SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC), March 1-4, 1999. The conference theme is "Network Centric Undersea Warfare A New Look at USW Teamwork." The one-day plenary session provides an inclusive overview of Undersea Warfare with presentations from all warfare specialties involved in executing Undersea Warfare: air, surface, subsurface & special operations; current USW policy, and the technology in use and available to accomplish the mission. In addition to the traditional technical sessions addressing Undersea Sensors, C3I & Combat Systems, Undersea Vehicles, and Mine Warfare, there will also be sessions coordinated by the new Air USW committee. The 2 1/2-day conference wraps up on March 4th with a Commander's Roundtable, addressing current issues in the fleet.
