The United States Holocaust Memorial Council is seeking sources to provide a professinally highly qualified and highly trained Canine Explosive Search Team (CEST) for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to detect and deter any entry of explosive devices onto the property. The CEST will be expected to provide services/support for all USHMC/USHMM activities and facilities, assisting the USHMM's Department Protection Serivces.
