The project includes all design and construction necessary for replacemaent of the irrigation system for the 18 hole par 72 Admiral Nimitz Golf Course. Design and construct a fully automated golf course irrigation system for the existing 18 hole-par 72 regulation length course including lined water storage reservoir, irrigation pump station, piping and fittings, valves, central computer control center, satellite controllers, irrigation mains and irrigation laterals with automated sprinkler heads, and incidental related work. Design work: Provide topographical survey and necessary soils investigation for design of the new irrigation system. The work includes complete layout, engineering design and installation for a new and complete automatic irrigation system including water storage reservoir and irrigation pump station for the entire 18-hole regulation length course. It is anticipated that Request for Proposals (RFP)will be available on or about 01 March 1999 with proposals due approximately 31 March 1999,4:00 p.m. (Guam Time).
