This project includes the removal of existing chiller and piping, removal of existing chill water and condensing water pumps, and removal of two concrete pump bases, Contractor shall install Government furnished Chiller, new connecting chill and condenser water piping as need to connect into new chiller to include a modulating two way water regulating valve to control condenser water flow, and all thermometers and ressure gauges at inlet and outlet of chiller. Contractor shall provide and install new chill water pumps with new concrete bases. 3. Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on 4 Feb 99. 4. Site Visit will be held on 4 Feb 99 at 9:30, local time. All interested parties shall meet in Bldg 1200, Civil Engineering conference room. 5. Proposal shall be due no later than 10 Feb 99.
