The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to provide interior and exterior painting, removal and installation of vinyl wall coverings, sandblasting, water blasting, lead based paint abatement, various repairs and preparation associated with painting and wallcovering of industrial, administrative and residential structures for the Navy Public Works Center, at various locations. Work to be accomplished by means of a Requirements Contract. The contract term is for a base period of one (1) year and anticipated options to extend for an additional period of one to twelve months, with a total duration not to exceed 36 months. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1721. The proposed procurement listed herein has been accepted by the Small Business Administration for competition in the 8(a) program.
