The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Disconnect and remove hose reel assemblies, associated piping, 80 horse power diesel engine and pump, 20 horse power electric pump, 5 horse power jockey pump, 700 gallon capacity foam concentrate storage tank, connected electric power panels. Design and provide a complete 800 gallon capacity, bladder tank proportioning system, tie it into the existing foam-water deluge sprinkler piping system and make the new system operable. The system includes: new bladder tank, new foam concentrate (reserve) storage tank, new proportioning controller, associate piping, controls, and power.Modify, refurbish and relocate the existing deluge valve and its trimmings. Reconnect the existing detection, activation and alarm system. Provide new controls and alarm for the new bladder proportioning system and tie them into the existing relocated control/alarm panel. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $15.
