NGB-AQ(Army) requests past performance information from interested responsible sources to perform all of the following maintenance, repair and minor construction services for a 255,000 square foot office facility: Mechanical systems, electrical and lighting systems, plumbing and fire protection systems, elevators, generators, carpentry, Metasys EMS, IDS security systems, pest management, and grounds maintenance. Responsible parties shall submit no more than 3 pages of past performance data that demonstrates their ability to manage and perform all of these specific facility maintenance and minor repair services using Federal contracting procedures. Respondents must include information on the size and type of business, whether they participate in any SBA program, with points of contact for all former Federal contracts included in past performance data. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) and does not commit the government to award a contract now or in the future.
