Weaver, Contracting Officer (02512), (703) 602-8000 X512 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to negotiate with Raytheon Company, 528 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776 for the FY00 AEGIS Program requirements for AEGIS Weapon System (AWS) Transmitter Group OT-188/SPY-1D(V) and T-1348/SPG Radar (CWI) within the AEGIS Fire Control System (FCS) MK-99 MOD 7, ancillary equipment, components, associated support, data, installation parts, provisioning and documentation. Options will be included for FY01-FY03 requirements and for FMS. Raytheon is the developer and Original Equipment Manufacturer and is currently the only qualified source for this equipment with the special production facilities, test equipment and the experienced management, engineering and production personnel.
