This will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract with a minimum quantity of 28,380 units and a maximum quantity of 62,844 units. The first delivery order will be for a quantity of 10,320 units. This is a Best Value procurement. A technical proposal is required including Product Demonstration Models (PDM), Experience/Past Performance, Bill and Hold, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Manufacturing Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, Socioeconomic Plan, Mentoring Business Agreement and Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD). Four one year term options will be included. The deliveries are scheduled for DD Mechanicsburg PA. This acquisition is a Total Set Aside for Small Business firms.
