R -- SUPPORT FOR THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF BPHC CAMPAIGN FOR 100% ACCESS AND 0% DISPARITIES SOL HRSA-99-BPHC-A60974 DUE 021699 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with JSEA, Inc. 11314 Chapel Road, Fairfax Station, VA 22039. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide support in developing and implementing a campaign to assure that every community in American can provide 100% access to primary care and eliminate population-based health disparities. The contractor shall: provide technical support in three areas -- 1) developing the campaign strategy and operations, 2) developing and maintaining the network or partnerships that are in action on the campaign, and 3) developing the performance measures and information systems needed to manage the campaign; organize and facilitate meetings; and prepare a final report. JSEA, Inc. is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is twelve months.
