This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is M00681-99-Q-9029. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect in tcnt FAR and DFARS. This is an unrestricted procurement; the Standard Inductrial Code is 8243 and the small business size standard is $5 million. Offeror shall be certified, if applicable, from the manufacturer to teach these courses and follow the manufacturer's training syllabus: SunKey Maintenance SM-101, SM-231, SM-210B. System Administration EU-118, SA-237,SA-287, SA-380, and SA-385. The requirement is for classes to start February 8, 1999, and offeror to state where classes will be held. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies with para (a) technical capability (proof of certification by the manufacturer to teach these courses.
