This action is two-part: The first part of this action is for the procurement of MK 150, MK 151 and MK 152 MOD 0 Delay Detonators (with In-Line Initiators) over a 3-year ordering period in the following quantities: (1) Mk 150 Mod 0 minimum 6,000 each, maximum 12,000 each (2) Mk 151 Mod 0 minimum 6,000 each, maximum 12,000 each (3) Mk 152 Mod 0 minimum 2,300 each, maximum 7,000 each. The MK 150, MK 151 and MK 152 MOD 0 Delay Detonators (with In-Line Initiators) shall be manufactured in accordance with Automated Data List (ADL) 53711-7350905 No Revision and associated drawings, OES-DTL-0072 (October 98) Detail Specification, Quality Assurance Provisions and Supplementary Quality Assurance Provision 402-003 (January 98) to be provided with the solicitation package. Data shall be procured. The First Article quantity (100 each) is due within 180 days after contract award. First production lot delivery due 120 days after First Article approval and final production lot delivery due 360 days after First Article approval. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination. Quality Assurance shall be in accordance with Quality Assurance Provisions and Supplementary Quality Assurance Provision 402-003 (January 1998) and MIL-I-45208. Delivery terms shall be F.O.B. Destination The second part of this action is for the procurement of MK 153, MK 154 and MK 155 MOD 0 Non-electric Detonators (with In-Line Initiators) over a 3-year ordering period in the following quantities: (1) Mk 153 Mod 0 minimum 9,000 each, maximum 22,000 each (2) Mk 154 Mod 0 minimum 5,000 each, maximum 10,000 each (3) Mk 155 Mod 0 minimum 13,000 each, maximum 20,000 each.
