The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is to identify commercial Information Technology (IT) companies to compete for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to supply Rugged Portable Computer Systems. Headquarters Standard Systems Group (HQ SSG) is seeking information from interested companies that currently have a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and are interested in supplying this product. The requested information and other market research will be used to determine which of the respondents will be sent a BPA invitation letter. HQ SSG intends to issue one or more BPAs with a combined 2-year estimated value of $30M to companies that currently have a GSA FSS contract offering Rugged Portable Computer Systems. This is not a formal solicitation under FAR Part 15 or a FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition, but a request for interested companies to identify themselves and to provide information.
