Furnish a wide assortment of operational supplies for the Defense Commissary Agency for commissaries located in the Northeast, Midwest, and Western part of the United States. Contractor is responsible for deliveries to the individual commissary locations in the above mentioned areas. The wide assortment of operational supplies include but are not limited to the following: Plastic bags, polystyrene meat trays, polyvinyl chloride plastic meat wrap film, bakery bags and boxes, corrugated paper cake/pizza pads, freezer paper, butcher wrapping paper, pickup sheets, cotton knit gloves, stainless steel mesh safety gloves, aluminum meat cutter's aprons, stainless steel knives, meat handlers caps. Evaluation of the offers will be on an "ALL OR NONE" basis. A fixed price, requirements type contract is contemplated including delivery through the national Frequent Delivery System.
