This will be an indefinite Delivery Type Contract with a minimum quantity of 28,380 units and a maximum quantity of 62,844 units. The first delivery order will be for a quantity of 10,320 units. This is a Best Value procurement. A technical proposal is required including Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Experience/Past Performance, Bill and Hold, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Manufacturing Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, Socioeconomic Plan, Mentoring Business Agreement Plan, and Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD). Four one year term options will be included. The deliveries are scheduled for DD Mechanicsburg, PA. This acquisition is a Total Set Aside for Small Business concerns.
