Postal Service intends to issue a fixed price design/build contract for the design and construction of a new mail Processing and Distribution Facility of approximately 90,000 sq. ft. on a U.S. Postal Service owned site of approximately 13 acres, located on Tobey Road in Wareham, Massachusetts. The project includes all necessary site preparation, development and improvements and the off-site extension of utilities to the site, including the installation of sanitary sewer along Tobey Road from Main Street. Technical Qualifications Evaluation is based on a 100-point total (Experience -- 40, Past Performance -- 30, Organization -- 25, and Backlog -- 5), and Management Plan Evaluation is based on a100-point total (Construction -- 30 points, Design -- 25 points, Project Management -- 20 points, Schedule -- 15 points, and Procurement -- 10 points).
