The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to machine plant 400 acres of fallow land in Morehouse Parish, LA. Work to be completed by March 15, 1999. The acreage is comprised of 200 acres in the Upper Ouachita (Mollicy) National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) and 200 acres in the Overflow NWR. If wet weather prevents planting at the Upper Ouachita NWR, the entire acreage may be planted at the Overflow NWR.
