AIR FORCE WEATHER INDUSTRY DAY, WASHINGTON D.C., TUESDAY, MARCH 9,1999 A one-day conference highlighting Air Force Weather (AFW) current capabilities and future plans will be held on March 9, 1999, from 08:00am to 4:00pm at the Crystal City Hilton, Washington, DC. This conference is a follow-up to the Washington DC, AFW Industry Day, held on 10 June 1998 at the same location, to update civilian contractors on the AFW near-term direction over the next 6 to 18 months. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this meeting. Participation is totally voluntary and will be uncompensated. A $20.00 fee will be collected to cover refreshment/administrative costs.
