Furnish all labor, materials, management, supervision, management support, transportation, and equipment necessary to provide complete window washing services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) (VISN 11) Medical Centers located in Ann Arbor, Battle Creek, and Detroit, Michigan, and Fort Wayne and Marion, Indiana for the period April 1, 1999, through September 30, 1999, with four option years from October 1, 1999, through September 30, 2003. This procurement is a total small business set aside. Award will be made based upon the best overall value to the government, price and price related factors considered.
