Procurement Technician, 503/326-7275 Contractor shall drill two (2)
complete test wells and test pump two (2) existing wells on the Makah
Indian Reservation, Clallam County, Washington. Each test well shall
have a 6-inch diameter; approximately 400 LF of 10-inch well drilling
with artificial filter pack; 400 LF of 6-inch steel casing; 50 LF of
6-inch well screen; 2 EA of surface seal; 1 LS well drilling mob/demob;
16 HR of test pumping; 1 LS test pumping mob/demob and necessary
appurtenances for a complete and operational system. The anticipated
contract will a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is
approximately 45 calendar days. The estimated range is between $25,000
and $100,000. Payment bonds or acceptable alternative payment
protection is required. Buy American Act applies. Indian preference in
hiring, suppliers and subcontractors is required, including meeting
Makah Tribal Ordinances. Solicitation documents will be available
