All work on site A is the Base Bid and all work on site B is an Option. Project includes six new buildings within two sites, a 76 m. pier extension and complete resurfacing. Site development includes parking, sidewalks, fencing, retention basin, landscaping, excavation, sewer, force main, bilge pump system, electric, water, fire hydrants, telephone, and cable TV. Buildings are masonry with brick veneer and standing seam metal roof. They include: 1. At site A -- a 4372 sq.m. Training Facility with loading dock, kitchen, assembly and unit storage areas; a 1216 sq.m. OMS building with six bays and a vehicle recycle wash rack; and a 295 sq.m. Unheated Storage building. 2. At site B a Pier resurfacing and extension, a bilge pump system, a two story 324 sq.m. Marine AMSA facility with one maintenance bay, and two unheated 82 sq.m. Storage buildings. Proposals received from this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the following criteria, listed in relative order of importance: 1.
