Center has a requirement to procure the following spare parts for the
Vibration Monitoring Systems currently installed onboard the 378' WHEC
and 400' WAGB Coast Guard vessels. (1) Charge Amp, P/N 223-21,
quantity 26 each; (2) Interface Module, P/N 223-32-28, quantity 26
each; (3) Output Module, P/N 223-24, quantity 14 each; (4)
Accellerometer, P/N 303-02, quantity 29 each; (5) Softline cable, P/N
6800-40-1, quantity 29 each; (6) Bracket accel, P/N 511-00, quantity 17
each; (7) Bracket accel, P/N 512-00, quantity 17 each; and (8) Bracket
accel, P/N 513-00, quantity 17 each. The Vibration Monitoring Systems
installed onboard the referenced Coast Guard vessels were procured
from Endevco Corporation (formerly Vibro-Meter Corporation). It is the
Government's belief that only Endevco Corporation, the Original
Equipment Manufacturer, has the capabilities to supply these spare
parts. The U.S. Coast Guard DOES NOT possess the technical
specifications, drawings, etc., to supply with the RFP. This
information IS PROPRIETARY to Endevco Corporation. However, other
potential sources can submit information regarding their capabilities
to supply these parts. Concerns that respond to this notice MUST fully
demonstrate their capabilities by submitting the following
information: (1) Data that the offered parts have been successfully
manufactured for the Government or the Original Equipment Manufacturer,
which includes complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the
acceptability of the offered parts (i.e., physical, functional, and
performance characteristics); and (2) Data that the offered parts have
been previously provided to the Government or the Original Equipment
Manufacturer. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION SHALL BE
18 FEBRUARY 1999. INFORMATION RECEIVED AFTER THIS DEADLINE SHALL NOT
BE CONSIDERED. This synopsis is issued pursuant to FAR 5.207(e)(3) and
TAM 1205.207. See Numbered Note 22. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned,

Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working
capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts
receivable for transportation related contracts. Maximum line of credit
