This solicitation will be issued unrestricted for the purchase of four types of Boot Walls (components of the Modular Command Post System)to be manufactured in accordance with MIL-B-44418. Total minimum quantity for the four Boot Walls will be 150 each, total maximum 600 each, with two one year term options for each item. Deliveries will be to Barstow CA beginning 180 days after award, and First Articles will be due 90 days after award. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal (Past Performance, Manufacturing Plan, Industrial Mobilization, Socioeconomic Consideration, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement, and Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity Proposalddd). All materials will be provided by the successful offeror. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. Note 26 applies.
