Furnish on-call Radiation Therapy Technology services to and at West Los Angeles, CA 90073. Primarily the on-call hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. through 4:30 P.M. However, on-call may be required after regular clinic hours, weekends and holidays as needed. Minimum number of hours required 100. Estimated number of hours annually 1000. Two hour response time after notification to be on site. 2. Must have completed course in Radiation Therapy Technology, approved by the American Registry of Radiological Technology or BS degree in Health Sciences with training in Radiation Therapy. A graduate from a two (2) year Certified Accreditation program. Must have basic knowledge of computer skills; ability to calculate sums, such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume; and ability to apply concepts of basic Algebra. 3. Must have a minimum of one year experience in the field prior to assignment. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A. M. through 4:30 P.M. Indemnification and Medical Liability Insurance required. Copy of ARRT/CRT license and/or license number required. Negotiations will be for 12 months. Expect to issue on or about 2/5/99.
