The anticipated issue date is February 10, 1999. Draft 2 will be available on http://eps.arnet.gov. Pursuant to FAR 5.102(7), release of Draft 2 will be limited to the electronic medium. Hard copies will NOT be available. The scheduled pre -- proposal conference (announced in a CBD notice posted on Jan 22, 1999, in conjunction with the official solicitation) will now be a pre -- solicitation conference. The date February 18, 1999, 9:30am and location at the GSA building auditorium 1800 F street NW, Washington, DC 20405 remain unchanged. Space is limited and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
