The building will be conventional steel frame construction with steel beams, columns, joists, and metal deck. Footings andfoundation wills will be concrete with face brick and metal panel walls and EPDM and sheet metal roofing. Project generally includes structural, mechanical, electrical, interior systems, site, landscaping, utility work,and other miscellaneous work incidental to the project.
