Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 326-8506 In support of the Strategic Offensive Arms Elimination, Russia, the Cooperative Threat Reduction Office of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement for one Harris Model TCS416A Baler. Baler requires own poer source and all equipment necessary to operate in remote location. Must operate on European power supply, have Russian and English safety warning and control labels. Must have capacity to operate in temperature range of -25 degrees to +40 degrees centigrade and be exposed to temperatures as low as -40 degrees centigrade. DTRA intends to issue a sole source contrct to harris Wase Management Group, Incorpoerated of Peachtree City, Georgia. DTRA believes Harris is the only source able to perform this effort.
