It should have the following features: 8 fixed feature buttons, one touch speed dial, desk mountable, k-type handset with 9" cord, 12 repertory dialing numbers, automatic redial, message waiting lamp, built-in data jack, auto answer/auto disconnect button. The Coast is looking for a quality product that is compatible to the above mentioned PBX Board. The Coast Guard is looking to replace all the telephone units at this unit.
