Armstrong 440-526-3030 EXT.7413 The Employee Education Business Center, Cleveland, Ohio, proposes to enter into a non-competitive contract with Unety Systems Inc., 184 Shuman Blvd., Suite 100, Napervilee, IL 60563-8474, to assist the Employee Education System (EES) to provide the following: Item 1: Site Design Plan WEB-enabled SQL Server database, WEB-enabled SQL server database, WEB-enabled reports; Item 2: Trend Reports; Item 3: Delivery of Improved Graphical Output; Item 4: Delivery of Improved Graphical Output; Item 5: Change existing report calculations and output; Item 6: Redesign date range selection; Item 7: Change date entry elements; Item 8: Change report calculations and output for new data. Due to the unique, complex and proprietary nature of this procurement, there is a reasonable basis to conclude the supplies/services required are only available from this source with unique capabilities, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The contract period of performance is February 1999 through September 30, 1999, with up to four (4) options years. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
