[Consequences Assessment Equipment Evaluation and Upgrade] Contract effort will include but not be limited to: preparing self-contained, lightweight PC systems for CATS client-server operations in the field or at disaster sites, adapting commercial-off-the-shelf equipment for use with the self-contained system to include: geo-positioning, digital data capture, video-teleconference, wireless LAN, multiple communications capabilities, multiple power source capabilities, and existing ADPE to current state of the art, and upgrading existing ADPE to current state of the art. Contractor personnel will need a DoD security level of Secret. Contemplated Period of Performance is sixty (60) months. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses.
