DESC: Sources Sought: Request response from Contractor to provide Workplace Violence Threat Evaluations for the Heartland Region (Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska). The Contractor will be required to evaluate potential threats of workplace violence and advise the Government of the validity of the threat, perform analysis of persons who may be capable of initiating workplace violence and provide formal reports to the Government. The Contractor will be required to utilize the services of qualified medical personnel (i.e. Clinical Psychologist) for the evaluations. All interested Contractors must submit at least five (5) references, current and previous with which you have had a working relationship within the last three (3) years.
