C -- ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS WITHIN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST REGION OF THE U.S. FOREST SERVICE POC Procurement and Property Management, (503) 808-2384 Standard Forms (SF) 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaires, are requested to update qualification files within the Pacific Northwest Region of the U.S. Forest Service (those locations listed herein). NO SPECIFIC PROJECTS ARE BEING SOLICITED AT THIS TIME. As projects arise, qualification files will be used in Brooks Act "short selections" for those projects estimated under $100,000. For projects estimated between $25,000 and $100,000 notices will be placed in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD), as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations. However, these notices will provide a short turn-around time since it will be assumed SF-254's from firms interested in such projects are on file either (1) in response to this annual request or (2) through unsolicited submittal.
