A/E to provide technical services during the construction phase, site visits, reproduction and submittal review. Design to be in accordance with the latest editions the VA Master Specification and Suffolk County Dept. of Health Regulations. A/E submission should demonstrate proficiency in the field of elevated tank design, maintenance and repair plus show the qualifications of key personnel. A/E to comply with the OSHA Confined Space Entry Permit, retain a licensed Industrial Hygienist for testing purposes and comply with OSHA Fall Protection Requirements. A/E to review, evaluate and prioritize a pre-bid evaluation report of the existing tower. Est. cost $250K -- $500K. Area of consideration Nassau & Suffolk Counties and fifty mile radius of NYC.
