(732)323-5197 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division,
Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue on a sole source basis, a Basic Ordering
Agreement (BOA) with PARPRO Inc., 11315 Rancho Bernardo Rd., #148, San
Diego, CA 92127. PARPRO will furnish supplier/services, when ordered
by the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
BOA. The BOA will cover general requirements and tasks required to
provide Automatic Wire Analyzing (AWA) Test Systems, high end
sophisticated cable/box assemblies (for use with/on the aircraft and
for use with manual or automatic test equipment), and on-site
contractor support in the areas of electronic/wiring manufacturing and
analysis. This equipment sand services would be in support of the
following areas: -- US and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Military
Aircraft Programs and related Support Equipment (SE) -- Aircraft
Systems Trainer Programs -- Retrofit/Depot Maintenance Cable Assembly
Manufacturing -- Manufacturing Program Management and Technical
Support. The government intends to procure these services under the
authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. The government does not
own data, drawings, software or other specifications to permit full and
open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a
proposal that may be used by the government in determining whether or
not to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should reference
N68335-99-Q-0111. A determination by the government not to open the
requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is
