Kesler, Regional Contract Specialist Modification of original announcement published 12/22/98: The Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, MI (FCI) seeks to establish one or more contractual arrangements with qualified medical entities, located within a 30 mile radius of the FCI, to provide Inpatient and Outpatient Medical Services for inmates housed at the FCI. Anticipated contract awards will be for a Base Period and four Option Periods. The contractors shall furnish the facilities, equipment and personnel necessary for medical care. The proposed guaranteed minimum(GM)/estimated maximum(EM) requirements for inpatient days is as follows: 25GM/75EM for each contract period.
