Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other items and services to perform Transcription Services for Radiology dictations from Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) as defined in the solicitation. Contract period: Base period: 1 April 1999 through 30 September 1999 with four one year options. The solicitation package is for commerial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) Part 12, as supplemented. Proposals received from contractors will be evaluated for past performance, previous experience, and technical/management capabilities. The proposed contract will be 100% set-aside for small business (SB). For this acquistion, the SB size standard is $5 Million in total revenues.
