The DHHS/HRSA/Contract Operations Branch has a requirement to acquire the services of an accounting firm that would evaluate the efficiency and adequacy of the Division of Federal Occupational Health's (DFOH) current accounting and financial management systems; recommend improvements and oversee the implementation of such improvements; and to assist in developing an accounting system that more closely resembles, and functions like those used by private-sector, entrepreneurial business organizations. The period of performance is for a base year with one option year. Offerors possessing organizational expertise in both commercial (e.g., private-sector) and Federal Government accounting and financial systems may request a copy of Solicitation Number FOH-2(9), which will be available approximately 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
