The requested services will include, (but not be limited to), a market search for potential users of each component of the land or property. The areas involved may include a golf course, various parking lots and various buildings. The Contractor will provide a comprehensive report evaluating existing conditions and suggesting a highest and best use analysis for specific areas on the grounds of the Medical Center. The report shall include an analysis of a senior citizen independent and assisted living facility to be potentially located on the grounds.
