No solicitation currently exists. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only. Training shall include modules on various aspects of sales and marketing, with the capability to tailor to unique "recruiting" topics. The vendor shall provide the capability to control and monitor access to the training site through an authorized user logon process, restricted to Navy Recruiting personnel. All training programs shall be interactive and include testing capability. The site will be accessible via dial-up or LAN.
