Dolores CO, for lease back to the Postal Service for a basic lease term
of twenty (20) years plus two (2) five-year renewal options. Offerors
will be required to purchase the site, execute a lease with
construction rider, construct the specified building and lease it back
to the Postal Service. Any award made under this solicitation will be
made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall value to
