Provide piping modification necessary to raise only indicated existing piping on the roof a minimum of 18-inches above surface of the new roof. Install new pipe supports and flash watertight. Install tapered insulation and new coping details to achieve positive slope on all horizontal surface, build-up parapets where necessary, install Modified Bitumen Roofing system and EPDM system on horizontal indicated surfaces. Replace defective gravel stops and copings. Use facia panels where required. Replace specified louvers and weathertight hoods for multiple piping penetrations and seal. Remove skylights and seal. Provide metal siding system. Remove concrete fill and provide new steel roof deck and new rigid roof insulation fill. Perform asbestos abatement and lead base paint removal with disposal of materials. Modify existing chilled and heating hot water system(s). Install new and test chilled and heating hot water piping systems with piping, valves, fittings, and associated appurtenances. the estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
