In support of the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center, the U.S. Army Materiel Command-Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for Roof Inspection and Repair Services for its Natick, MA Installation. Contractor will provide all material, personnel and equipment to perform required services. Inspection services will require Bi-Annual inspections to include a thorough written report with recommendations and estimated repair costs. Other inspection services will include, when required, Roof Core Analysis, Asbestos Testing and Infranalysis Full Service testing. Roof Repair Services (including Emergency Repair Services) will also be required. Contractor must be an approved applicator of the following roof systems: JPS Elasometrics, Stevens Roofing Sytems; Firestone; Owens Corning; Genflex; Carlisle SynTec; Versico; and Any other roofing systems that have been used on the buildings covered. It is estimated that 21buildings are to be inspected, of which it is estimated that 13 roofs are still under warranty. Contractor must possess all required Federal, State and Local licenses/permits/certifications to perform all required services list in the solicitation's Statement of Work (Contractor must also be licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Asbestos Abatement Contractor). The Standard Industrial Code for this procurement is 1761. The Small Business Size is $7.0. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The Government envisions issuing a Firm Fixed Price contract consisting of a Base Year and Two Options years, utilizing the Test Program under FAR 13.5 for Certain Commercial Items.
