On 2 Dec 98, we made an announcement (SIC Code 8744) that the 95th Medical Group at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking sources for a new acquisition for hospital facility maintenance services. The plan at that time was to consolidate different hospital facility related services into one big contract (i.e. HAMS-Hospital Aseptic Maintenance, medical gas repair certification, pest control, elevator maintenance, automatic door maintenance/repair, linen laundry services, nurse call/door alarm repair/maintenance, heating/air conditioner maintenance/repair, boiler maintenance/repair, pneumatic controls maintenance/repair, light bulb changing, parking lot repair/stripping, interior/exterior painting, etc.). The intent of seeking sources for the acquisition is cancelled.
