It consists of four seperate fuel quantity selection display windows, one for each of the four fuel tanks. The displays indicate fuel quantity data. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURE: Panel is composed of aluminum, plastic, 8 electron circuit cards, and various other display indicators. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel.
