This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals Are Being Requested and A Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued. Solicitation number N00164-99-Q-0067 applies and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The standard industrial code is 3812 and the business size standard is 500 employees or less. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract as follows. Line Item 0001: Description: Electronic Countermeasures Receiver Brand Name Audiotel Model Delta-V Only. Qty: 55 each. Delivery shall be 31 March 1999, FOB Destination to Washington DC. This requirement is reserved for small business concerns only. Other than Full and Open Competition will be used in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), see numbered note 22. As this procurement is being initiated under Other than Full and Open Competition, contract award will be made to Advanced Marketing and Sales Associates using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) if they and the Government come to an agreement on all applicable terms and conditions.
