The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement to acquire a radar data collection system. The system will be used to capture, store, archive, and analyze wide band radar signals. The system must be comprised of; commercial of the shelf products in a 6U VME format, and EASY I/O software products that provide data flow and file system functionality. The system must consist of three separate hardware subsystems and be modular to have a form factor capable of being checked as standard luggage on commercial air carriers. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated for award. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. A detailed statement of work will be issued with the solicitation.
