This solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-09. The standard industrial classification code is 3731 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and competence to complete the following work items on the USCGC THETIS (WMEC-910): 1. Replace/Repair Crossbar Flight Deck Tie Down Fittings. Helo Tie Down Fittings will be Government Furnished Equipment. All work shall be performed at Key West, FL. Performance period is 21 April to 14 May 1999. Specifications to be provided on request.
