Provide the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, etc., to perform scientific and technical support services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type Contract. These services are in support of the National Marine Fisheries Service. Task orders will be issued on an as-needed basis for work to be performed at the contractor's facility, the NMFS facility in Seattle, WA, and various other sites within Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Task orders may be issued for, but not necessarily limited to the following categories: 1) Living Resource Sampling and Environmental Data Collection (acquisition and processing of fisheries and related biological data, design of experiments and field surveys, conducting of field sampling and data collection, and data quality control); 2) Assessment and Analysis of Environmental Quality (acquisition, compiling, and processing environmental quality data, conduct field sampling and measurement surveys, conduct chemical analysis, and conduct biochemical, physiological, histopathological, and biostatistical analysis); 3) Analysis and Interpretation (data validation and quality control, data compilation, reduction, and processing, data analysis, data interpretation, and theoretical analysis); 4) Administrative/Techncial Support (reviews, edits, and finalizes documents, provides telephone coverage, financial data collection and entry, clerical assistance, and computer support within the local area network environment of both Mac and PC, troubleshooting, maintenance of software and peripherals within the NT operating system.
